Titan Auto Tech Signature Warranty

At Titan AutoTech, we stand behind our workmanship and the quality of parts we install. Repairs performed at our facility are backed by our Signature 4-year or 50,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs first—unless otherwise specified under a different warranty category below. This comprehensive coverage includes both parts and labor, provided the vehicle is maintained according to manufacturer guidelines and returns to our shop for any warranty-related service.

Please note: Not all repairs are covered under the 4-year/50,000-mile warranty. Some components have shorter warranty terms or limited coverage due to their nature, function, or manufacturer-supplied warranty. These exceptions are listed below.

3-Year or 36,000-Mile Warranty

All diesel repairs carry a 3-year or 36,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs first. The following items carry a 3-year or 36,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs first:
  • Turbochargers and Superchargers
  • Filler Pipe
  • Fuel Level Sensor
  • Fuel Pump / High Pressure
  • Fuel Pump / Low Pressure
  • Fuel Rail Injector(s)
  • A/C Accumulator
  • Hose(s)
  • Orifice Tube
  • Thermostat
  • Valve Core

Limited Warranty for Electronic Control Units (ECUs)

Electronic Control Units carry a 2-year warranty from the date of installation.

2-Year or 24,000-Mile Warranty

The following items carry a 2-year or 24,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs first:
  • Fuses and Fuse Block
  • Harness(s)
  • Radio
  • Socket(s)
  • Wiring Repairs

Limited Warranty for Wear-and-Tear & Early-Failure Components

Certain components are subject to higher rates of wear or known shorter lifespans. For these items, we offer a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs first:
  • Brake Pads & Rotors
  • Clutches
  • Windshield Wiper Blades
  • Batteries (covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty)
  • Filters (Oil, Air, Cabin)
  • Spark Plugs
  • Light Bulbs (carry a 1-year warranty)
Regular maintenance and inspections are recommended to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Used & Salvage Parts

Used parts supplied by LKQ typically carry a 1-year warranty. Warranty for used parts is limited to LKQ’s provided terms. Labor costs associated with replacing a failed used part under warranty may not be fully covered if LKQ does not reimburse Titan AutoTech’s standard service rates. Customers will be informed of any additional labor costs before warranty work is initiated.

Performance Parts

Performance parts are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. Additionally, the installation of performance parts may void existing warranty coverage on related components and systems.

Manufacturer Warranties

For major components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials, we adhere to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Warranty documentation will be provided to customers at the time of service.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:
  • Tires
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Modifications or alterations made after service
  • Repairs or modifications performed after our service by the customer or another shop that affect the parts we installed
  • Normal wear and tear beyond specified coverage
  • Environmental damage (e.g., corrosion, rust)

Warranty Service Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim:
  1. Contact Titan AutoTech to schedule an inspection.
  2. Bring the vehicle to our facility for evaluation.
  3. We will diagnose the issue and determine warranty eligibility.
  4. If covered, repairs will be performed at no cost within the warranty terms.
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Additional Notes

  • Regular maintenance is crucial. Failure to perform recommended services may void warranty coverage.
  • Keep all service records and receipts as proof of maintenance.
